From 01-01-2024 the Canarian goverment introduced a new I.G.I.C. (V.A.T.) tax law for holiday rental businesses. An additional 7% I.G.I.C. must be added to the total renting price. This has unfortunately forced us to raise our prices a little bit. The new prices (incl. the extra tax raise) are mentioned below.
Separate guest rooms:

We have a minimum stay of 5 nights.
A discount of 10% is applicable for stays of 8 or more nights.
During special events and peaks like Christmas/New Year, Maspalomas Pride Week, Carnaval and Maspalomas Winter Pride prices may vary due to high demand.
